I have been a Just Like Us Ambassador since 2020, through which I have given plenty of virtual school talks to schools across the UK. I have taken part in panels and completed Media Training. Some media work I have done on behalf of JLU, include an interview with ITV News, giving quotes to Eylure, working on the JLU podcast and writing articles for Gay Times.
Arcigay | Gruppo Scuola
At the completion of the Gruppo Scuola course (2021-2022), I passed the final exams and have become eligible to provide LGBT+ education in schools on behalf of Arcigay Milano, starting September 2022.
LGBT+ History Month Italia
Involved with the team organising Italy’s yearly LGBT+ History Month, which takes place in April, aligning with the anniversary of the Sanremo demonstrations - aka, the equivalent of the the American Stonewall riots.
Rete Insegnanti Educatrici LGBTQI+ | Rete Mariasilvia Spolato
I am an operations team member and help organise events and meetings for Rete IE, with particular care towards the group’s media production. For instance, in honour of 17th May, the International Day Against HomoBiTransfobia, I was in charge of the production of an online video series to use as a resource within schools.
